While the location was convenient, it wasn't in the heart of the downtown area, which could limit walkability to nicer restaurants and shops. Additionally, the noise from the busy road outside was a slight distraction.

I had a decent stay at Sleep Inn. The room was cozy and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved the water pressure in the shower. it was fantastic. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their pet-friendly policy since I brought my dog along. Leah got loads of attention and mixed with a few other pups, which was great. Breakfast had a nice variety, but my experience with the attendant was not the best. He had a condescending attitude, which was pretty off-putting, especially in the morning. Also, I noticed the bathroom door could have used some cleaning. it was a bit gritty. Parking was convenient, but I had trouble finding functional plugs for my electric vehicle. A dedicated charging station would have been really helpful. Despite some minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay overall and would consider coming back.

Good hotel with 24-hour reception, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff was helpful when assisting my elderly parents during our first stay. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort!

It was just a commendable fit for a mini-vacation in Traverse City with outstanding value for money. The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. Plan for limited housekeeping during your stay.

The sunsets from the chairs out front are something else, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The pool's 24-hour access allows for a nice late-night dip when you need to relax, and there's ample parking available which makes the arrival easier.

Unfortunately, I experienced dirty sheets upon check-in, which is a big no-no for any hotel. The Wi-Fi disconnected frequently, making it hard to stay connected, and I had to deal with very poor water pressure in the shower, along with some lights out in the room. I also noticed a lack of room cleaning during my stay, leading to piled-up trash and an overall unkept feel in the room, which isn’t what I expected.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy and clean. We had a great view of the bay, which was lovely for sunsets. The beds were nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The carpet looked fresh, but the room did have a bit of a dated vibe. Overall, it was a solid stay, but a refresh on decor might be nice.

The value for my stay was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly and recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. Access to the 24-hour pool and coffee bar was a nice touch. My room was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for both budget-conscious travelers and those seeking comfort, especially with the beautiful views.
